Train-The-Trainer Classes

Staying on top of training and monitoring the effectiveness of that training can be a daunting task. Having an in-house trainer can alleviate the burden of sending your employees to an outside trainer.

Arxcis offers several Train-The-Trainer courses to meet such needs.  Each two day course starts with your trainer going through the class that they will be teaching, to gain a better understanding of the student’s point of view.  On the second day your trainer then learns how to prepare for and teach the class themselves.

Upon completion of the two day Train-The-Trainer course each participant will receive:

• Student Manual
• Tests and Answer Sheets
• Certificate of Completion
• CD containing All Training Materials and a Power Point Presentation
