All sales are final, non-refundable or exchangeable - Due to the high level of fraud with digital products, our digital products are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

No parts of this CD may be reproduced electronically or mechanically. You are allowed to print out the materials for use within the classroom, i.e. trainers manual, student workbook, exam, answer keys. At no time are you allowed to print the materials for resale. You do have permission to modify the training program for your specific needs; however the CD may not be resold.

Physical Shipped Products - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (excludes software):

If you are not satisfied with your physical product, just return it in good condition within 30 days and will gladly exchange it of issue a refund. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Arxcis Inc. will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any physical product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period.
